Scheduling availability and lead times are subject to change based on our current workload and existing bookings. Any time used beyond a billed hour will be rounded up to the next full hour.\u003c\/span\u003e\n\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\n\u003cstrong\u003e\u003cspan\u003eECU \/ Computer Locking:\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cspan\u003e It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the vehicle's ECU or computer is \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e\u003cspan\u003enot password-protected, tuner-locked, or otherwise restricted by a previous tuner\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cspan\u003e before purchasing tuning credits. If Boost Factory connects remotely and determines that the ECU\/computer is locked or cannot be accessed due to a previous tuner or existing security restriction, \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e\u003cspan\u003eno refund will be provided and the 1-hour minimum tuning charge will apply\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cspan\u003e. Any time spent diagnosing or attempting to gain access to a locked ECU will be considered billable tuning time.\u003c\/span\u003e\n\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\n\u003cstrong\u003e\u003cspan\u003eUnused Credits:\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cspan\u003e Purchasing tuning credits does not guarantee that all purchased time will be required or used.
