We are pleased to offer various shipping options to ensure your order reaches you promptly. Please read the terms and conditions below to understand our shipping process:

  1. Geographic Availability: Free shipping is only available to customers shipping within Canada.
  2. Shipping Method: Free shipping applies exclusively to ground shipping. We will choose the most cost-effective carrier for your specific location, which will be either UPS Standard, Canada Post Expedited Parcel, or Canpar Ground.
  3. Order Minimum: The total value of your order must exceed $250 CAD (before taxes and fees) to qualify for free shipping.
  4. Exclusions:
    • Free shipping does not apply to large, oversized, or overweight items. These items may incur additional shipping fees, which will be calculated at checkout.
    • If your order requires multiple shipments, an additional fee may apply.
    • If you add an ineligible item to your cart, free shipping options will be automatically removed.
  5. Signature on Delivery: For added security, you can opt for signature on delivery for an additional charge of $3.50. This service ensures your package is handed directly to you or your authorized recipient.
  6. Standard Processing Time:
    • Our standard order packing and processing time for in-stock items is 1-3 business days.
    • Orders containing any special-order item will not ship until the special-order item has arrived.
  7. Express Shipping Option:
    • While Boost Factory strives to process express shipping orders as quickly as possible, selecting express shipping does not guarantee same-day packaging and shipment. Express orders may still be subject to our standard packaging time of 1-3 business days. However, we will make every effort to prioritize express orders.
    • Once a tracking number is emailed to you, this indicates that your order has been packed and shipped, but please note that the carrier may not pick up the package until the next business day.
  8. Packaging and Carrier Pickup:
    • Orders are packaged continuously throughout our business hours, and most carriers arrive for pickup between 1pm-4pm MST. Orders processed after these times may be picked up the following business day.
  9. Delivery Times: The delivery times provided are estimates only. We are not liable for any late delivery or non-delivery of your order.
  10. Customer Responsibility for Address:
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address when placing an order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any associated costs of the returned shipment and for reshipping the package.
  • Boost Factory accepts orders over the phone, but even in these cases, the customer bears all responsibility for address issues, including those arising from errors during the phone order process.
  1. Brokerage, Duty, and Customs:
  • All brokerage fees, duty, foreign tax charges, and customs paperwork are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. These costs are not included in the shipping charges and must be handled by the customer.
  1. Returns: If you return an order that originally qualified for free shipping, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund.
