  • VTEC lobes open up top end power in the 5.5k-9.5k rpm range
  • Improved mid-range and high rpm power over OEM Type R cams
  • Requires tunable ECU, intake and exhaust upgrades; OEM intake manifold can still be used
  • Requires valve spring upgrade: recommended valve spring KVS18-K
