Radium Engineering 20-1991-00 FCST-X in-cell fuel cell surge tank, pumps not included, for Bosch BR540 or DeatschWerks DW400 pumps. Fits fuel cells with a 6x10 in, 24-bolt top-face flange opening.

• Pumps are not included. Fits Bosch BR540 or DeatschWerks DW400
• Holds up to 3 surge pumps and 1 lift pump, each surge pump in its own filtration chamber
• Bosch BR540 requires multiple surge pumps run together, not staged
• DW400 requires its included connector, and its lift pump requires the included filter sock
• Three one-way FKM fill valves rated at 355 LPH each refill the surge tank from the cell
• Full CNC aluminum with anodized finish
• Compatible with leaded and unleaded gasoline, methanol, ethanol and E85
• Fast lift and surge pump access with 9 bolts, plus an integrated lift handle
• PUMP OUT: 8AN male, compatible with 10AN ORB. RETURN: 6AN male, compatible with 8AN ORB. VENT: 8AN male, compatible with 12AN ORB
• Hermetically sealed high-current stainless electrical studs with anti-rotation terminals

• Anodized aluminum 6x10 plate, surge pump hat, lift pump hat, service handle, level sensor plate and surge pump bracket
• Stainless lift pump mounts (shallow and deep)
• Lift and surge pump fuel filters
• Anodized aluminum 8AN rollover vent valve (20-0934)
• FKM refueling rollover seal and FKM 6x10 24-hole gasket
• 8AN ORB to 6AN male return fitting and 10AN ORB to 8AN male pump-out fitting
• 2AN ORB fuel level switch plug and fuel level sender block-off plate
• 3 FKM one-way fill valves, anodized aluminum acorn nuts and electrical wire ring terminals

Fitment

• Fuel cell depth of at least 7.7 in (196 mm) from the outer top face to the internal floor. Cells deeper than 12.7 in (323 mm) need the lift pump mounts listed on Radium's site. (Source: Radium Engineering)
